We are hiring a Emtry Level Support Engineer to help enterprise clients deploy and manage identity automation.
What you’ll do:
Resolve technical issues regarding AD integration, MFA, and authentication workflows.
You are comfortable with the workflow and design standards of Admingloves SSPR Software.
Provide deployment guidance for our SSPR solution.
Document solutions and maintain our technical knowledge base.
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable with the workflow and design standards of Admingloves SSPR Software.
Good background in Active Directory and Identity Management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
