Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve high-value enterprise billing disputes end-to-end
- Interpret complex enterprise contracts and negotiated pricing structures
- Validate billing accuracy using deep quote-to-cash process knowledge
- Apply FinOps principles for cost governance across multi-account cloud environments
- Identify billing anomalies, risks, and financial discrepancies through detailed analysis
- Manage high-value accounts and prioritize billing investigations based on impact
- Ensure compliance with financial governance, approval workflows, and audit standards
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Explain billing issues, findings, and resolutions in a clear and structured manner
- Support enterprise billing operations across strategic finance and revenue operations
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams to improve billing accuracy and controls
Skills Required:
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP) certification (mandatory)
- 4-8 years of experience in cloud billing, FinOps, enterprise billing, or revenue operations
- Strong understanding of Strategic Pricing and enterprise contract structures
- Deep knowledge of Cloud FinOps principles and cost governance
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) lifecycle
- Experience in handling enterprise-scale billing systems and financial workflows
- Exposure to ERP systems (preferred)
- Experience working with large-scale cloud billing platforms (GCP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for billing investigation and anomaly detection
- Experience interacting with senior/executive stakeholders
- CEFR B2 level communication proficiency (as required)
- Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure (3+ years preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
MBA in Finance (mandatory combination as per role requirement)
