Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in AI/ML and enterprise support for Gemini Business & Enterprise Support environments
- Maintain deep knowledge of GCP AI/ML services to support deployments and troubleshooting
- Support and troubleshoot Agentic AI workflows and runtime issues
- Use Python for scripting, automation, and technical investigation during RCA activities
- Apply AI/ML fundamentals to analyze system behavior and resolve production issues
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Support API integrations, validating connectivity, data flow, and system interactions
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Document findings, RCA reports, and resolution steps clearly for stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams using strong business communication skills
Skills Required:
- 4-8 years of experience in technical support, AI/ML engineering, or cloud support roles
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially AI/ML services
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python
- Experience working with Agentic AI systems or AI-driven workflows
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production issues
- Experience in API integration and debugging service interactions
- Understanding of AI/ML model behavior and deployment concepts
- Strong communication skills with CEFR B2 level proficiency (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams effectively
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification (mandatory requirement as per role)
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
