🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through voice & chat support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer experience to global clients
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism while resolving concerns
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams when required
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 6 months of International Process experience
✔ Technical Support / Troubleshooting experience is mandatory
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Basic to intermediate technical knowledge
✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts
✔ Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
