Role Description
RMV Workforce LLP is seeking a Technical Support Associate (International) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves providing high-quality technical support to international clients, resolving technical issues with desktop computers and related systems, and troubleshooting challenges efficiently. The Associate will also focus on customer support, ensuring a seamless experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Excellent Customer Support abilities with clear communication and client management skills
- Ability to diagnose and address issues methodically within promised timelines
- Experience in an international support environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to align with international time zones
