Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Associate, located in Mysore. The Technical Support Associate will assist customers by providing support for technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role requires monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure seamless operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and related hardware
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve technical issues effectively
- Customer Support capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently as required
- Basic understanding of network configurations and IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory
