Role Description
The Technical Support Analyst will provide day-to-day assistance to ensure smooth functionality of Mindenious' technology platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer concerns, and supporting users in navigating the platform effectively. This is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks to diagnose and resolve issues promptly
- Strong focus on Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to maintain high-quality user experiences
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and address complex technical problems
- Effective communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with technical and non-technical users
- Previous experience in a technical support or similar role is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
