Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of building services and technical teams in a facility management environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and experience in managing preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, and utility systems.
- Lead and monitor technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend and resolve technical breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
- Conduct team briefings and provide technical guidance to maintenance staff.
- Support audits and ensure all equipment is maintained as per standard operating procedures
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility maintenance.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, maintenance reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, hospitals, malls, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
