Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. (DTSS) is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our Technical Services team and manage day-to-day technical operations at the Philips facility in Bangalore.

📍 Location: Bangalore – Philips Facility
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
💰 Take-Home Salary: ₹38,000 per month

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day technical facility operations.
• Supervise maintenance activities for Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Coordinate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
• Supervise technicians, vendors and OEM service partners.
• Attend and coordinate technical breakdowns and service complaints.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring issues.
• Maintain equipment logbooks, checklists, PM records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and work quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and technical requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly technical reports.
• Support energy conservation, equipment reliability and cost optimization initiatives.
⚙️ Technical Knowledge
Candidates with working knowledge of one or more of the following are preferred:
HVAC | HT/LT | Transformers | DG | UPS | MDB/SMDB/DB | Pumps & Motors | Fire & Life Safety | Plumbing | BMS | ELV | Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
🎓 Qualification & Experience
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, related engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical facility management, MEP operations, building maintenance or a similar technical environment.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple technical activities.
