Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Technical Superintendent. The Technical Superintendent will oversee the technical operations and maintenance of assigned vessels, including regular inspections, compliance with maritime regulations, budgeting, and ensuring optimal vessel performance. In this role, you will liaise with crew, ship owners, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless and efficient ship management. Timely technical support and proactive problem-solving will also form key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Ship Management and Maritime operations.
• Experience in Inspection processes and ensuring vessel compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Strong knowledge in Marine Engineering and sailing as part of technical leadership.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in technical and operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous sailing experience or experience in a dry docking or shipyard role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
