Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage verification teams to achieve first-silicon success.
- Develop and implement verification strategies using System Verilog and UVM/OVM methodologies.
- Conduct presilicon verification, including formal verification and GLS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design and architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in verification methodologies.
- Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Engage in succession planning and team building activities.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in ASIC verification using System Verilog, UVM/OVM, and Assertion-Based Verification
- Experience in pre-silicon verification, formal verification, and GLS
- Ability to lead and mentor verification teams effectively
- Proficient in developing verification strategies and test cases
- Knowledge of FPGA-based verification (preferred)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
