- Role & Responsibilities
- Implementation of Underwriting and Risk Selection strategy across regions.
- Drafting of motor underwriting guidelines to align with budgeted Loss ratio and setting up of operation process
- Have thorough understanding in technical motor underwriting and system process flow
- Provides technical training and mentoring to less experienced Underwriting colleagues as well as Sales Representatives
- Collaborating with IT team for system enhancement resulting in smooth process
What We Expect
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: 3 years in Motor underwriting
Skills: Excel, Powerpoint
Mindset: Communication skills, Managing business teams.
