Qualifications And Experience Required
- Experience in designing and implementing Google Workspace collaboration suite of products with advanced knowledge of Gmail and comprehensive knowledge of all other core Google workspace SaaS offerings such as Drive, Docs and Meet.
- Proven experience migrating users/services from other Email services like (M365/ Zoho/ GoDaddy/ Net core) to Google workspace for Gmail, Drive and Vault with Google admin In-built tool and Third-party Tool.
- Experience in syncing user identities from Active Directory to Google workspace using Google Cloud Directory Sync.
- Manage OU based activity.
- Troubleshooting knowledge and experience in email routing, Attachment compliance. Content compliance, Safety and Other user administration.
- Knowledge in message hygiene, authentication and security technologies viz. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Configuring and troubleshooting email transport technologies (DNS, SMTP, IMAP4, POP3, etc.).
- Experience in Email log search and Auditing.
- Experience in Google Mobile Device Management. (Basic and Advance)
- Idea of Endpoint services.
- Manage user, resource, and shared drive life cycles in GWS
- Control and configure Google Workspace services
- Monitor organizational operations in GWS
- Google workspace basic and advanced security.
- Knowledge of Single Sign on setup.
- Knowledge of Context Aware Access and DLP
- Basic knowledge Of Google Apps Manager.
- Basic knowledge on PowerShell.
- Basic idea about Google cloud environment like creating Projects, enabling Api’s.
- Idea about GWM (Google Workspace Migrate tool) will be an added advantage.
- Idea about Google In Built tools like DMS (data migration service), GWMME, GWMMO.
- Idea about third party migration tool like Bit titan, CloudM etc. will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of O365 administration will be an added advantage.
Education And Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ Experience in handling Google Administration
- Google Certification will be an added advantage.
