Job Description:

SGR Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates looking to build a career in the US IT Recruitment industry.

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful placements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients

• Building and maintaining vendor relationships

• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

• Negotiating rates and closing requirements

• Maintaining daily activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in night shift

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
