Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist, located in the Pune Division. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing effective technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical challenges. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining high standards of customer service, and continuously improving operational processes.

- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent Communication abilities for fostering interactions with clients and team members
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Proficiency in Technical Support and familiarity with common tools and processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologiesu quickly
- Bachelor's degeee in Mechanical engineering or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications or proven work experience in technical support roles is a plus
- Candidate should have working knowledge of CAD/CAM & Robotics
