Role Overview: You will be the go-to technical partner for our customers, ensuring successful implementation and continuous value from Wingify’s solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in technical client-facing roles such as Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or consultancy within SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth tech environments.
- Confidence in working with modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Eagerness to teach and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver tailored, scalable solutions that meet evolving client needs.
Tech Stack & Tools: JavaScript, REST APIs, Python, Jira, Slack, Confluence
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical deployment of Wingify's Commerce solutions by guiding implementation through best practices, tailored recommendations, and hands-on support aligned with customer goals.
- Build and maintain a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, ensuring successful rollouts in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Drive product adoption and long-term technical success by partnering closely with Customer Success teams and enabling customers to translate complex requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Lead solution design initiatives by developing Proof of Concepts, exploring innovative approaches to customer challenges, and contributing to continuous product improvement—particularly around Developer Experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, CX) and external stakeholders to convert feedback into actionable improvements and scalable practices.
- Act as a technical mentor by simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences and championing a best-in-class customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
