Strong experience as a Technical Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments, with focus on Lead-to-Order / Prospect-to-Order value streams, preferably in Telecom
Proven experience designing and delivering CPQ-driven sales solutions, including pricing, quoting, product configuration, and order capture
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and Marketo for lead management, nurturing, and conversion
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes, from lead generation and qualification through quote, order, and handoff to fulfillment
Experience integrating Salesforce and Marketo ecosystems, including data flows, campaign attribution, lead scoring, and opportunity management
Solid understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles, including system, platform, and integration architectures in a SaaS-first ecosystem
Ability to design and communicate high-level solution architectures and translate them into detailed designs across CPQ, CRM, and marketing automation layers
Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., predictive lead scoring, opportunity insights, automation, and generative AI features) to enhance sales effectiveness
Comfortable operating in a hybrid Architect / Technical PM role, coordinating across sales, marketing, and IT teams while managing cross-platform dependencies
Ability to drive architecture alignment across stakeholders including sales operations, marketing, finance, and product teams
