Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Services Specialist at our Hyderabad, India location. The Technical Services Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support requests, perform troubleshooting tasks, and provide solutions for infrastructure-related issues. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support processes
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and assess problems effectively
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to think critically, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate infrastructure or construction technology is a plus
