Role Description
The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical support, performing troubleshooting and maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of advanced automation systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, which requires direct interaction with clients, diagnosing and solving technical issues, and supporting the implementation of machinery. The role also involves providing technical training and guidance to clients and collaborating with the team to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support, particularly with automated machinery and systems.
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to on-site operational needs.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in the robotics and automation industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and flexibility to travel if needed.
