Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Service Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, ensuring the maintenance and functionality of equipment, and offering expert guidance to clients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing system performance, implementing solutions to technical challenges, and collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Services and Technical Support
- Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work on-site and address technical issues promptly
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in technical service roles, particularly with mechanical or power press equipment, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach
