Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Technical Service Engineer. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of telecom and testing equipment. The position involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and offering solutions to maximize equipment functionality. The Technical Service Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional technical assistance and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Services and providing hands-on support for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience in offering Technical Support and operational troubleshooting
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Experience in the telecom, electronics, or testing equipment industry is advantageous
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering discipline
