Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, UP and Chennai, Tamilnadu for a Technical Service Engineer. The Technical Service Engineer will handle machine installation, technical support, provide troubleshooting assistance, and conduct technical services for clients. The role involves diagnosing and resolving product or system issues, and ensuring optimal functionality. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients will be essential for delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Services and Technical Support experience, including familiarity with 3D printer machine installation, tools and systems in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and solve technical problems efficiently
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting for resolving hardware and software issues systematically
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and team members clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
• Prior experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printing is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field preferred
