About the Role
We are looking for a Technical SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to improve our website performance, search visibility, and overall organic growth. This is a remote role ideal for someone who understands both SEO fundamentals and technical aspects of modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance
- Improve website visibility, indexing, and crawlability
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
- Work on on-page SEO elements (meta tags, schema, internal linking, URL structure)
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor and fix crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush for analysis
- Track performance and share actionable insights for traffic growth
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical SEO / SEO Analyst role
- Strong understanding of:
- Crawling, indexing, site architecture
- Core Web Vitals & page speed optimization
- Schema / structured data
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Nice to Have (Important for This Role)
- Familiarity with modern web development concepts and technical terminology
- Understanding of how SEO works with dynamic rendering, JavaScript-heavy websites, and SSR
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams
- Basic understanding of how frontend/backend changes impact SEO performance
