Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Technical Sales Support Specialist. The responsibilities include providing technical assistance to the sales team, supporting customers with product and service inquiries, managing and coordinating sales operations tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Specialist will also assist in identifying technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with the company's service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales Support and ability to guide sales teams and customers on technical aspects of solutions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to manage client relationships and address customer queries effectively.
- Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges related to IT security solutions.
- Expertise in Sales Operations, including tracking and supporting sales processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Additional qualifications such as a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
- Familiarity with managed IT security services, cybersecurity, cloud, or network solutions is a strong advantage.
- An understanding of enterprise technology environments and security frameworks is a plus.
