Position: Technical Sales Support Engineer /Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Blower / HVAC / Industrial Fans / OEM Sales preferred)
Salary Range: 20000 to 30000 PM
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred, or Diploma with relevant technical sales experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Engineering
- Study customer specifications, BOQs to understand HVAC system requirements
- Select appropriate blowers, fans, and accessories based on airflow, static pressure, efficiency, noise, and operating conditions
- Perform technical calculations and ensure compliance with relevant HVAC standards and codes
- Support customers and sales teams with technical clarifications and system recommendations
Quotation & Costing
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations for HVAC equipment
- Optimize product selection to meet performance requirements and cost targets
Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including:
- Technical specifications
- Performance data and fan curves
- Ensure proposals align with tender requirements and customer expectations
- Support bid submissions within defined timelines
Backend & Coordination
- Maintain records of quotations, proposals, and revisions
- Support internal systems related to product configuration, pricing, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams for order finalization
- Assist in post-order activities including technical clarifications and drawing approvals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 2–6+ years of experience in HVAC application engineering, preferably in fans and blowers
- Hands-on experience in quotation preparation and proposal making
- Strong understanding of:
- Centrifugal & axial fans, blowers
- Airflow, static pressure, fan laws, acoustics
- HVAC system design principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and engineering calculation tools
