Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar for a Technical Sales Expert. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting product solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. The Technical Sales Expert will also provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience. Further responsibilities include assisting with product demonstrations, identifying market trends, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
- Proven expertise in Sales and Retail Sales
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technical sales or lighting solutions will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
