Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Technical Sales Support Engineer. The role involves assisting the sales team with technical expertise, providing support to clients, addressing customer inquiries, and helping implement effective sales operations. The individual will also conduct market analyses, contribute to pre-sales and post-sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between technical and sales teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Technical Sales, Technical Sales Support, and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, problem-solving, and providing data-driven recommendations
- Understanding of customer requirement , Pre sales,post sales co ordination,
- Understanding of Sales Operations and ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with industrial networking devices and solutions is an added advantage
