Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in an on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, providing technical support, and delivering customer-centric solutions. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and facilitating a seamless sales process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to understand and explain technical specifications and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, along with the ability to present solutions confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a business-related field; a technical background is preferred.
- Relevant experience in analytical instruments or a related industry is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client interaction and business development.
