Role Description
The Technical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane. Responsibilities include driving technical sales processes, engaging with prospective clients, and fostering strong customer relationships. The selected candidate will provide technical support, demonstrate product capabilities, address client inquiries, and collaborate with teams to meet sales goals. Assistance in solution implementation and post-sales support may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales-related strategies
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement
- Experience or aptitude in providing Technical Support
- Ability to understand software solutions and present them effectively to clients
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in ERP, CRM, or related technology-driven solutions is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
