Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Specialist. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, demonstrating and providing technical expertise on autobotAI’s platform, and serving as a trusted advisor for prospective clients. Daily tasks include delivering product presentations, addressing technical inquiries, gathering customer requirements, and collaboratively developing solutions that meet client needs. The candidate will also assist in troubleshooting, monitor customer satisfaction, and support long-term business development goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to effectively identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to facilitate clear, professional interactions with prospective and existing clients.
- Experience in Technical Support, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve client challenges effectively.
- Aptitude for relationship building, problem-solving, and providing technical advisement to drive client success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
