For over four decades, Spinco has represented global technology leaders in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing equipment and Process Analytical Instrumentation across:

• Freeze Drying
• Sterilization Systems
• Parenteral Inspection (CCI / Headspace)
• Process NIR / Raman Spectroscopy

We are expanding our Pharmaceutical Process Technology & PAT portfolio and are seeking a technically strong, application-driven sales professional with hands-on exposure to GMP process equipment.

Please Note: Applicants without demonstrated experience in at least ONE of the listed GMP process technologies will not be considered.

Role Expectations

• Drive sales of advanced Pharmaceutical Process Technology & PAT solutions within regulated GMP environments.
• Manage the complete opportunity lifecycle — technical discussions, site visits, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and order closure.
• Engage with Plant Heads, Engineering, Validation, QA, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead technically sound application discussions — beyond commercial selling.
• Collaborate closely with global partners for solution configuration and implementation.
• Maintain structured pipeline discipline through CRM tools.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 4+ years in technical sales of GMP pharmaceutical equipment or industrial process instrumentation.
• Proven hands-on exposure to at least ONE of the following:
• Freeze Drying (Lyophilization)
• Sterilization Systems (Autoclaves, ETO, etc.)
• Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCI / Headspace)
• Process NIR / Raman Spectroscopy (PAT)
• Experience working with:
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants
• Engineering & Validation teams
• GMP-regulated facilities

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / ECE / Biotechnology)
• OR
• M.Sc (Chemistry / Physics / Analytical Sciences)
• OR
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
