Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Officer - Civil Only, based in Rajkot/Surat/Vapi/Mehsana/Vadodara. The role involves building relationships with clients in the civil engineering sector, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and identifying client needs. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the sales team to develop strategies, assist clients with technical queries, and support the delivery of tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating client requirements and offering optimal solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding engineering materials and solutions
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Basic Laboratory Skills relevant to the testing and evaluation of materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
- Prior experience in sales within the mining or metals industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
