Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager - South, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing technical sales activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and generating new business opportunities. The Technical Sales Manager will oversee account management, provide technical support to customers, and ensure high levels of customer service. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales processes, with the ability to drive business growth
- Proven expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Experience in providing Technical Support and understanding customer needs
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with industrial ventilation products and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or a related field
