Role Summary
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes managing key accounts, distributors/channel partners, and the existing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner network
- Handle key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Grow, support & train the sales team to improve performance
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales of metal working fluids preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability in achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing distributors and/or key accounts
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- 4 to 7 yrs experience in the sales of metal working fluids.
- Diploma or B.E in mechanical engineering
- Mumbai location preferred
- Salary as per market standards
