Role Description
Technicom is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products and solutions, managing customer accounts, building strong client relationships, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer needs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with experience in understanding and presenting technical products to clients.
- Expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong communication (written and spoken), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
