Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, including identifying potential customers, delivering technical presentations, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing technical support, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets aligned with company objectives. Proactive engagement with clients and coordination with internal teams will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales, including the ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience providing Technical Support and problem-solving to meet customer needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in ICT, Test & Measurement, or Pro-AV equipment industries is an advantage
