About the Company Bigbangboom Solutions is a defence OEM focused on advanced Electronic Warfare, surveillance, and tactical technologies. We partner with the Indian Armed Forces, CAPFs, and State Police to deliver mission-critical, indigenous solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for technically strong, customer-facing professionals who can bridge the gap between end users, business development, and R&D teams. This role combines technical depth with commercial acumen, requiring the ability to understand operational requirements, translate them into product specifications, and support the sales lifecycle with credible technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Requirement Analysis :Engage with defence and police units to understand technical and operational needs.Translate user requirements into clear product definitions and solution architectures
• Technical Interface Role o Act as the primary liaison between customers, BD team, and internal R&D/engineering teams o Develop detailed product briefs, technical notes, and concept proposals • Solution Design & Costing Support o Work with engineering teams to define solution configurations o Develop approximate costing, BOM estimates, and feasibility assessments
• Pre-Sales & Technical Presentations o Lead technical discussions, product demos, and capability presentations o Support trials, evaluations, and user feedback cycles
• Proposal & Bid Support o Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with technical inputs o Ensure alignment between customer requirements and proposed solutions
• Feedback & Product Development Support o Capture field insights and translate them into inputs for product roadmap o Work closely with R&D for iterative improvements
Key Requirements
• Experience: 3–8 years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or product roles o Experience in defence, aerospace, telecom, RF systems, or embedded systems preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering (or related field) .Master’s degree is a plus
• Technical Skills: Understanding of RF systems, communication systems, or Electronic Warfare concepts o Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and system architectures o Familiarity with system integration and hardware-software interaction
• Core Competencies: Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts o Structured thinking and documentation skills . Commercial awareness (costing, feasibility, trade-offs) . Ability to handle customer-facing technical discussions confidently
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for field visits and trials.High ownership and problem-solving mindset
