Role Summary
Responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into enrollments through consultative sales. The role requires the ability to understand technical creative education products and map them to candidate career outcomes.
This is not a call-center role. This is product-understanding driven conversion sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
- Handle warm leads generated via marketing, workshops, community and partnerships
- Conduct qualification calls to identify intent, skill level, and career goals
- Present the correct learning path based on user profile
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
- Maintain consistent follow-up cycles and pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Consultative Selling
- Understand course structure, pipeline workflows and career paths in Animation/VFX/XR
- Translate product features into career outcomes and placement value
- Address objections using outcome-based reasoning, not discounts
- Recommend the right program instead of pushing the highest price
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead stages in CRM
- Track conversion ratios and drop-off points
- Report weekly metrics: leads handled, qualified, converted, revenue
Market Feedback Loop
- Relay candidate objections and expectations to marketing and academic teams
- Identify pattern gaps in product positioning
Required Experience
- 3–5 years in EdTech sales (mandatory)
- Proven conversion experience in high-value courses (₹50K+ ticket size preferred)
- Experience handling career-oriented training products (not K-12 tuition)
- Comfortable selling to students and working professionals

Preferred Background
