Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. Responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project completion. The role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets
- Technical understanding of chemicals, formulations, and relevant industries such as Food & Flavour, Personal Care, or Specialty Chemicals
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical abilities for conducting market research and preparing insightful proposals
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in B2B sales or technical sales within the chemical or related industry
