Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, engage with existing customers, and promote Shivson Stamping’s products and capabilities to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer technical requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The role involves conducting market research, visiting client sites, delivering product presentations, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The Technical Sales Executive will also maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and contribute feedback to improve products and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing domains, ideally related to electric motors, stamping, or die-casting.
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and basic engineering concepts to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and client relationships concurrently.
- Comfort with on-site client visits, field meetings, and regular coordination with internal teams.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a similar technical discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in components, automotive, motor manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain a customer-focused approach, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory professional conduct.
