Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Robotics Education
Location: Tamil Nadu (Field + On-site at Schools & Events)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to work with one of our clients in Puducherry, who can bridge education, robotics, and sales. The primary responsibility is to drive student enrollments by partnering with schools and converting parents through personalized consultations.
This role requires a mix of technical understanding, communication skills, and sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and approach schools (Grade 5–10 focus) for robotics workshops
- Pitch and conduct STEM/Robotics demo sessions and workshops
- Build long-term relationships with school management and teachers
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and execution of workshops
2. Parent Engagement & Conversion
- Connect with parents post-workshop for one-on-one consultation
- Explain the value of robotics education, curriculum, and career impact
- Understand student needs and recommend personalized learning paths
- Convert leads into paid enrollments for one-on-one training programs
3. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve monthly student enrollment targets
- Maintain a pipeline of leads from schools and events
- Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates
- Track and report sales metrics and feedback
4. Technical Demonstration
- Demonstrate basic robotics concepts (kits, sensors, projects)
- Assist in conducting workshops (hands-on exposure)
- Simplify technical concepts for students and parents
Required Skills
- Sales & Communication
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- Confidence in handling parents and school authorities
2.Technical Understanding (Basic to Intermediate)
Knowledge of:
- Robotics basics (motors, sensors like Ultrasonic/IR)
- STEM education concepts
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate robotics kits
Other Skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel locally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred, but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years experience in sales / education / EdTech / robotics training
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives based on student enrollments
- Travel allowances (if applicable)
