π Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Business Sales Executive to handle the complete sales cycleβfrom lead generation to deal closure and project handover. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident in client communication, and passionate about driving business growth.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads within the Indian market
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers
2. Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand business requirements and project needs
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
3. Proposal Development & Cost Estimation
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Provide accurate cost estimates, timelines, and suitable solutions
- Align offerings with client goals and expectations
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms effectively
- Close deals independently while achieving sales targets
- Manage agreements and documentation professionally
5. Project Handover & Coordination
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the development team
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Support project initiation and execution
6. Business Travel (If Required)
- Attend client meetings and events when needed
- Travel and accommodation will be covered by the company
π§ Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Hands-on experience in IT sales and lead generation
- Basic understanding of software development and IT services
- Experience with bidding platforms and lead generation tools
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
π Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with Indian clients is mandatory
