Technical Sales Executive – Pharma & Bioprocess Solutions

Acuflow Bioprocess LLP is a growing technology-driven company delivering innovative fluid handling and bioprocess solutions for Pharma, BioPharma, Life Sciences, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Industrial applications. Our portfolio includes Peristaltic Pumps, Single-Use Solutions, Hose Assemblies, Aseptic Mixing Systems, and Process Technologies.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business development and sales activities across Pharma and Bioprocess industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pharma, BioPharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Research Institutes, and related industries.
- Promote Acuflow’s product portfolio including:
- Peristaltic Pumps
- Single-Use Solutions
- Hose Assemblies
- Mixing Technologies
- Fluid Handling Components
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, approvals, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordination & Project Execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and supply chain for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Support customers across technical documentation, commercial discussions, and order status updates to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely progress.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and visit updates.
Market Development
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events.
- Identify opportunities for new product introductions and strategic partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Smart, energetic, and result-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for technical sales and customer engagement.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and travel for customer visits.
- Good understanding of Pharma/Biopharma process industry will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Pharma / Science / Management.
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pharma Equipment, Bioprocess, Industrial Products, or Life Sciences sector preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Pharma & Bioprocess applications.
- Basic understanding of fluid handling systems and process equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
