Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Siemens PLC, located in the Pune Division. The responsibilities include providing technical consultations, supporting pre-sales and post-sales processes, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with customers to understand their automation needs. The role also involves developing tailored automation solutions, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to develop and present technical solutions to meet client requirements
- Skills in Technical Support, with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Siemens PLC systems
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Working knowledge of Siemens PLCs, industrial automation solutions, and related technologies preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
