Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing clients.
Present and promote technical products and solutions to prospective customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry and demonstration to negotiation and closure.
Maintain accurate daily sales reports and share timely updates with senior management.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Support clients with technical queries and provide after-sales service when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and customer support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Engineering / B-tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics.
- Strong aptitude in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding customer-specific requirements
- Excellent Communication and client relationship management skills
- Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work environment
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with precious metals or jewelry manufacturing is a plus
