Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, demonstrating product value, providing technical support, and securing sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, building strong client relationships, offering post-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor products to client requirements. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Strong ability to offer Technical Support and solve customer challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the precious metals or allied industries is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel for business needs
