Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Indore for a Technical Sales Engineer - MP at Rawlplug. The role involves engaging with prospective and current clients to provide technical support and solutions, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales of Rawlplug’s products. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting tailored technical solutions, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands. The Technical Sales Engineer will play a key role in promoting innovative fixing solutions and contributing to the company’s growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Sales, with a proven ability to promote and sell technical solutions effectively.
- Strong Technical Support and problem-solving skills to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Sales Engineering with the ability to formulate and customize solutions for industrial and construction-related applications.
- Proficiency in Sales practices with a tailored approach to customer relationship management and business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Understanding of the construction or industrial sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
