Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Technical Sales Engineer / Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer relationships, provide technical sales support, and sales & promote products to new and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new customer , conducting product demonstrations, and offering technical expertise to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales
- Strong skills in Technical Support and the ability to understand and address customer requirements
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for customer relationship management
- Experience in delivering sales strategies and achieving targets within a technical domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field
- Familiarity with refrigeration and air conditioning components is an advantage
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
