Location: Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Technical Support: Conduct preliminary project site inspections and provide technical guidance. Monitor, audit, and improve HVAC installation quality across all projects in the India sales area.
- Service & Warranty Management: Act as the primary support for service and warranty claim handling. Lead the investigation and resolution of major customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Training & Partner Management: Manage, train, and assess the performance of our service provider network. Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge exchanges to elevate partner capabilities.
- Quality & Cost Control: Collect field data to provide feedback for product quality improvement. Manage and control regional service operational costs and budgets.
- Spare Parts Management: Oversee the entire spare parts lifecycle for India, including planning, inventory, allocation, and logistics.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC engineering, service, or sales support role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in customer service, complaint handling, and warranty management.
- Excellent communicator and trainer, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Highly organized and can effectively manage tasks like spare parts logistics and cost control.
