Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Jamshedpur / Kolkata, with some flexibility to work from home. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting suitable welding solutions, and providing technical support to clients. Key duties include managing the sales process, developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Communication
- Experience in Sales or customer engagement in technical or industrial settings
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment based in Jamshedpur ( preferred ) or Kolkata
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of prior welding related experience in the welding or manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Experience Repair and Maintenance industy will get added advantage
- should be to communicate in English , Hindi & or bengali language.
